本通知独立于并补充《Airople隐私政策》，旨在适用时满足包括华盛顿州和内华达州在内的美国州消费者健康数据法律。
1. 收集的健康数据
血压、脉搏、测量日期和时间、血压计状态提示、体重、睡眠记录、提醒、趋势、报告、AI问题与输出，以及可合理将您或您的设备与这些记录关联的信息。我们不收集精确位置、诊断、遗传数据或生物识别标识，也不要求您提供用药信息。您自行填写的提醒标题可能包含您选择写入的健康细节，仅用于向您发送提醒。
2. 来源
您本人；通过蓝牙连接的兼容血压计；您手动输入的信息；以及基于您选择通过Airople功能处理的数据所生成的结果。
3. 目的
- 连接血压计并记录、展示、整理、编辑、删除和导出测量结果。
- 提供您要求的趋势、提醒、报告及可选云同步。
- 在另行同意后提供可选AI说明。
- 保护服务、防止滥用、排查故障，并响应客服或隐私请求。
4. 共享的健康数据
我们仅在提供您请求的功能所必需或法律要求另行同意时共享消费者健康数据。接收方如下：
- Microsoft Azure：在云同步开启时提供美国云托管、安全日志及备份。
- Microsoft Azure OpenAI：仅在单独AI同意后处理您选择的读数、健康背景及问题。
- 位于中国的Airople授权人员：用于有限的运维、安全、客服及隐私请求处理。
- Google FCM接收推送令牌和不含敏感信息的通知载荷；我们不在载荷中放入健康读数。
- 法律要求或保护权利与安全所必需时的主管机关或顾问。
5. 不出售
我们不出售消费者健康数据，也不将其用于定向广告。我们不会围绕医疗机构设置地理围栏来识别或针对消费者。
6. 您的权利
您可确认我们是否收集、共享或出售您的消费者健康数据，访问数据及接收方清单，撤回同意，并请求删除。删除请求会传达给处理商及其他接收方。备份删除最长可能需要180日。您可对拒绝处理提出申诉，并且不会因行使权利而受到歧视。
请使用隐私中心、https://airople.com/privacy-rights或privacy@airople.com。我们通常在45日内答复，并可在通知后延长一次、最长45日。经验证的内华达州消费者健康数据删除请求，在法律要求时于30日内完成。您可使用已有账号，但我们不会仅为提交请求而要求新建账号。
7. 同意与撤回
核心健康数据收集同意、云同步同意和AI共享同意相互独立。撤回云同步或AI同意会停止该可选功能的未来处理，但不会自动删除已有数据；请使用删除控制移除。

This notice is separate from, and supplements, the Airople Privacy Policy. It is intended to address U.S. state consumer health data laws, including Washington and Nevada, where applicable.
1. Health data we collect
Blood pressure, pulse, measurement date and time, monitor status indicators, weight, sleep records, reminders, trends, reports, AI questions and outputs, and information that reasonably links you or your device to those records. We do not collect precise location, diagnosis, genetic data or biometric identifiers, and we do not ask for medication information. Reminder titles that you write yourself may contain health details you choose to include; they are processed only to deliver your reminders.
2. Sources
You; the compatible monitor through Bluetooth; information you manually enter; and results generated from data you choose to process through Airople features.
3. Purposes
- Pair with the monitor and record, display, organize, edit, delete and export measurements.
- Provide trends, reminders, reports and optional cloud synchronization requested by you.
- Provide optional AI explanations after separate consent.
- Secure the Services, prevent abuse, troubleshoot and respond to support or privacy requests.
4. Health data we share
We share consumer health data only as necessary to provide a feature you request or with separate consent where required. Recipients are:
- Microsoft Azure, for U.S. cloud hosting, security logs and backups when Cloud Sync is enabled.
- Microsoft Azure OpenAI, for selected readings, health context and questions only after separate AI consent.
- Authorized Airople personnel located in China, for limited operations, security, support and privacy-request handling.
- Google FCM receives a push token and non-sensitive notification payload; we do not put health readings in the payload.
- Authorities or advisers when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.
5. No sale
We do not sell consumer health data and do not use it for targeted advertising. We do not use a geofence around a health-care facility to identify or target consumers.
6. Your rights
You may confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data; access the data and recipient list; withdraw consent; and request deletion. Deletion requests are passed to processors and other recipients. Backup deletion may take up to 180 days. You may appeal a denial and will not be discriminated against.
Use Privacy Center, https://airople.com/privacy-rights, or privacy@airople.com. We generally respond within 45 days and may extend once by 45 days with notice. Authenticated Nevada consumer-health deletion requests are completed within 30 days where required by law. You may use an existing account, but we will not require creation of a new account solely to make a request.
7. Consent and withdrawal
Core health-data collection consent, Cloud Sync consent and AI sharing consent are separate. Withdrawing Cloud Sync or AI consent stops future processing for that optional feature but does not automatically delete existing data; use the deletion controls to remove it.
